As announced by Iraqi security sources said seven people, including a judge, were killed during a series of attacks in Baghdad Tuesday, January 14th.
A bomb placed at the side of a road exploded in the district of Kazimiyah in the north of the capital, killing two people and wounding five others.
A Wahda in the South-East of the city, another bomb was blasted into the air at a checkpoint and killed two police officers and a member of the Sunni Sahwa militia ('Awakening'), who are fighting al Qaeda. In the attack, there were also four wounded.
In an ambush by armed militants in the north-west of the capital were instead killed a judge, Matar Hussein and his driver.
